Terms and Conditions of Stay By booking a stay at Dimora dei Consoli,
the Guest fully accepts the following conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
• The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment (or guarantee) according to the chosen rate.
• The price includes water, electricity, heating, and fiber optic Wi-Fi.
2. Check-in and Check-out Procedures
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We appreciate your estimated arrival time to ensure a warm welcome.
•Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Punctuality is essential to allow for sanitization of the facility for new guests.
• Upon arrival, guests are required to present identification documents for legal registration (which can also be completed online using the Chekin.com link sent previously).
3. Rules of Occupancy and Conduct
• Guests: Unauthorized visitors or guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted.
• Silence: Guests are required to respect the public peace, especially between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Prohibitions: Smoking and parties or events are strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted.
4. Property Management
• Waste: Guests agree to follow the "door-to-door" waste collection regulations of Gubbio, disposing of waste in the designated containers according to the schedule provided.
• Energy Savings: Please turn off lights and air conditioning/appliances when you are not at home.
• Furnishings: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and its contents. Any damage or malfunctions must be reported promptly.
5. Cleaning and Linens
• The accommodation is delivered clean and equipped with bed linens and towels.
• Towels are changed every 3 days of your stay, and linens every 6 days. Additional changes are available upon request for a €20.00 fee.
6. Responsibility and Security
• The owner is not responsible for personal items left unattended. Forgotten items will be retained for 30 days and may be returned at the guest's expense.
• Upon leaving the property, please ensure that doors and windows are properly closed.
7. Cancellation Policy
Book with complete peace of mind. At Dimora dei Consoli, we offer you maximum flexibility:
• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night or 50% of the total stay (at your discretion).
• No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show or early departure.

Notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
The personal data you provide to Raffaele Santini, manager of Dimora dei Consoli and Data Controller, will be processed for the following purposes:
1. Public Security Obligations: To report the details of guests to the Public Security Authority (Alloggiati Web), as required by Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S.
2. Tax Obligations: To fulfil the obligations set out in the Tourist Tax Regulations of the Municipality of Gubbio. The manager is obliged to retain this declaration for five years to enable tax audits by the Municipality.
3. Booking Management: To fulfil the accommodation contract, manage payments and send logistical information relating to the property at Via dei Consoli 11. The data will be processed manually and/or using IT tools (including the Smoobu and Chekin.com management systems). The data may be disclosed to the Municipality of Gubbio and the Public Security Authorities, which will act as independent data controllers. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) at any time in relation to the data controller in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR by writing to: info@dimoradeiconsoli.it.
