House Rules:

For a peaceful stay, at Dimora dei Consoli we value hospitality and respect. To ensure the best possible experience for you and our neighbors, we ask you to follow these simple rules:

• Check-in & Out: Welcome from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We ask that you vacate the house by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare it for our next guests.

• Homely Atmosphere: The Dimora is located in a historic building. We ask that you respect silence between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.

• Guests and Parties: The Dimora is your refuge, but it is not suitable for parties or unauthorized guests.

• Sustainability & Waste: We are located in the heart of Gubbio and practice door-to-door waste separation. You will find all the instructions for proper waste separation in the house. We also ask you to turn off lights and appliances when you are away.

• Smoking and Pets: Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and although we love them, we cannot accommodate pets.

• Security: We ask you to always close doors and windows when you leave. Any damage or malfunction? Let us know immediately: we'll find a solution together!
